 $159 - single/double room $309 - villa (+ taxes) per night. Parking will be $10 per night for those staying onsite. This will be included on the hotel bill. 

The resort fee is waived. Rates are available until August 1, 2025.  If you need there to be two beds in the room you're reserving, be sure to select the option with two queen beds - not 'run of house'. Selecting 'run of house' may result in you having one king bed. If you call for this option be sure to tell the agent to make note of this for your reservation.

Self Parking is $17.50 for those not staying onsite.

You can come and go in the same day without paying again and by using the provided QR code once you’ve checked out.

Discounted parking may only be redeemed through the online pre-pay link. Once paid, you will be provided a QR code to use at the gates.

• When arriving, if you have already pre-paid, you will scan the QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. If you have not pre-paid before arriving you will need to pull a ticket and pay before exiting.
• Every time you exit within the same day, scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights and the gate will open.
• There will be a QR code at Registration for you to scan and make payment as well.
• Tax has been removed so you should not have a problem with it showing on your receipt.
• Tip: use your phone to make this purchase so you can show the QR code on your phone to leave.

Please note that FRPA does not use an outside company to book rooms at the Caribe Royale. If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be "selling" housing for the Conference DO NOT book with them and contact us.
