About Kelly: Kelly Boatwright graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism. About CJ: After graduating high school, CJ Keester spent the next 8 years handing money to various educational institutions in exchange for degrees and certifications he will likely never utilize. CJ fortuitously stumbled across the parks & recreation profession in 2010, when he began employment with the City of Boca Raton. Alas, shorts and sneakers… ‘The Dream Job’ does exist. Now with the City of Port St Lucie, a newly CAPRA accredited department, CJ is a part of a team that is looking to further train staff on CAPRA Sections, and keep the department on track for reaccreditation. CJ is honored and privileged to share everything he has learned about preparing your department for reaccreditation with his parks and recreation colleagues at the esteemed FRPA Annual Conference.
