Kathy Cahill started her career in Parks and Recreation in 1994 and currently works for Lee County Parks and Recreation. Her current responsibilities include coordinating a volunteer program that manages more than 1,000 active volunteer staff and 30 volunteer staff supervisors. Additionally helps oversee the CAPRA process and is a CAPRA Visitor. Kathy has a passion for education and teaching along side her professional colleagues and feels that there is always more to learn. This attitude has afforded her the opportunity to present at several local, state and national conferences over the years. Kathy feels she is a student to every person she meets.
